Questions
How does the 20% annual discount work?
Firms that commit to twelve months pay 20% less than they would across twelve monthly payments. The discount applies to the plan price; taxes are calculated separately at checkout based on your location.
Is pricing per user?
No. Plans are priced for the firm. Team and Ultra include multiple seats in one shared workspace, and adding a colleague within your seat count does not change the bill.
Am I charged during the trial?
No. A card is placed on file when the trial starts, and the first charge is taken when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you are not charged.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between plans from the upgrade page in your dashboard at any time.
