Terms of Service

Demole is a practice-management and drafting tool for legal professionals. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password secure, and for everything done under it.

The Free plan costs nothing and includes a daily limit on AI generations. Paid plans (Pro, Team and Ultra) are billed monthly through Dodo Payments at the prices shown on our pricing page, and may start with a free trial that requires a card on file.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices or plan features, with notice before your next billing period.

You own the content you put into Demole. You permit us to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We collect usage metrics (which features you use and how often) and the business information you give us. You agree that we may use that business information to publish a listing for your practice in the public Demole directory. You can ask us to edit or remove it at any time.

Demole AI can be wrong. Citations, quotations and statements of law it produces may be inaccurate or out of date. You must check AI output yourself before relying on it, filing it or giving advice. Demole does not provide legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship.

You remain solely responsible for your professional and ethical obligations, including client confidentiality, supervision, and deciding what client information to put into any third-party tool.

Don’t use Demole to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, upload malware, access other people’s accounts or data, get around plan limits, or overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

We work to keep Demole running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we change these terms materially, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Demole is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, HERMEiAS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Demole and ask us to delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as disclaimers and liability limits, continue to apply after your account ends.
