Privacy Policy

• Account information: your name, email, phone number and password (stored only as a bcrypt hash).
• Business information: your firm or practice name, address, phone, website, practice areas, bar details and similar profile details you give us.
• Usage metrics: which features and tools you use, how many times, and when (for example, “a drafting tool was used 3 times today”). We use this to enforce plan limits and understand how Demole is used.
• Workspace content: the cases, clients, documents, invoices, messages and assistant conversations you store in Demole.
• Billing identifiers: payments happen on Dodo Payments’ hosted checkout. We store only Dodo’s customer and subscription IDs, never your card number.

Usage metrics record that a feature was used, not what you typed into it. We do not analyse, sell or share the content of your work, and we do not use it to train or fine-tune AI models.

We do not sell your personal information.

Demole includes a public lawyer and firm directory. We use the business information you give us to create and maintain a directory listing for your practice. The listing is public and may appear in search engines.

Only business details are listed, never your workspace content, clients or matters. You can ask us to edit or remove your listing at any time by emailing support@hermeias.org.

• To provide, secure and support your account and workspace.
• To run the AI assistant and drafting tools when you use them.
• To enforce plan limits and bill paid subscriptions.
• To publish your directory listing.
• To understand which features are used so we can improve Demole.
• To contact you about your account and about Demole.

We share information only with the services that run Demole, and only as they need it to do so:

• Google Gemini API: processes what you send to the AI assistant and drafting tools on paid plans.
• Groq: processes what you send to the AI assistant and drafting tools on the free plan.
• Dodo Payments: subscription checkout and billing.
• Neon: our database.
• Google Cloud Run: application hosting.
• Ahrefs Web Analytics: website analytics.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Our Security page explains how AI requests are handled.

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete workspace records yourself, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing support@hermeias.org.

You decide what client information to put into Demole, and you remain responsible for your own confidentiality and professional obligations.
